1. At Private Medical, patients have two options for booking their consultation - they can either speak to our friendly team over the phone or schedule their appointment themselves on our website using our Book Appointme link.

2. Upon booking your appointment, we'll send a confirmation message by SMS and/or email, along with a link to click at your appointment. This link will allow you to join your doctor for your private online consultation.

3. When the time of your appointment arrives, click the link and begin the consultation! Our qualified Australian GPs will then share the necessary scripts, certificates, or referrals directly with you or via your chosen pharmacy or specialist.

Telehealth eliminates the need for patients to wait for long periods before meeting with a medic or healthcare provider.
